Apple Cinnamon Water
We're supposed to drink lots of water. I know that. But I'm one of those people who struggles with chugging large amounts of plain H2O. If you're like me, apple cinnamon water can be a light in the storm. I use an infusion pitcher and keep it in the fridge. My water consumption has doubled since this little discovery.
Apple Cinnamon Water
Handful of thinly sliced apples (about half of 1 medium sized apple)
1 cinnamon stick
In an infusion pitcher filled with filtered water, add apples and cinnamon stick. Let "brew" in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Refill pitcher and replace apples and cinnamon when they begin to brown, roughly every 2-4 days.
