Crispy Balsamic Brussels with Feta
This is such a beautiful yet simple side dish. It pairs well with so many mains, and would be a unique addition to any potluck.
Crispy Balsamic Brussels with Feta
2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed
5 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup feta crumbles
3 tablespoons balsamic glaze, to drizzle
Preheat oven to 400. Mix sprouts and oil in a shallow baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes, or until desired level of crispiness is achieved. Transfer to serving dish, sprinkle with feta and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
