Double Chocolate Kale Shake
I can never predict my chocolate attacks. Like Lindsay Lohan on a movie set, they just show up whenever they feel like it. Today I slayed the craving with this fudgy creation. It bursts with chocolate flavor, and yet is still (somehow) good for us. We win.
Double Chocolate Kale Shake
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 handfuls of baby kale
2 droppers liquid stevia chocolate
3 tablespoons toasted carob powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup black beans (cooked or canned)
1/3 cup crushed ice (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Have the best day ever.
