There’s this chocolate hazelnut spread the whole world loves. You know thew one. Here’s your chance to recreate it with only two simple ingredients.
1lb dry roasted hazelnuts
1lb dark chocolate
Pulse hazelnuts in food processor several mins until very smooth (should yield around 2 cups). Melt chocolate in double boiler and let cool slightly. Mix nut butter and chocolate, then store in a mason jar in a cool dark place. Note: For a thicker texture, refrigerate for a few hours after making, then bring back to room temperature.
