Inventing new paleo smoothies never gets old because there are infinite combinations with which you can tinker. It took me three rounds to get this pink drink exactly where I wanted it to be. I tried several different ingredients, from raw beets and cherry juice to pomegranate and chia seeds. As with many things in life, the simplest option fared the best.
2 cups cold coconut milk
1 teaspoon raw honey
Dash of Himalayan pink salt
Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
