Vegan Chocolate Milkshake
Unsweetened cashew milk is the stuff. It's creamy with a smooth and mild flavor, making it a game-changing clean eating ingredient. After testing several ways of making vegan, no-sugar-added smoothies, I landed on a recipe that actually tastes like a milkshake. Yayness.
Vegan Chocolate Milkshake
2 sliced frozen bananas
2 cups chilled unsweetened cashew milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon raw smooth almond butter
1 tablespoon cacao powder
Crushed ice (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy. Enjoy immediately in a fun glass with a fun straw. Makes two servings.
