Apple Cider Chips
I love apple chips, but wanted to find a way to make them without lemon juice. Then it hit me: Apple cider! So here are two ways to make them, using a dehydrator (pictured on top) and baking them in the oven (bottom).
Apple Cider Chips (2 Ways)
Apples (any variety), cored and sliced thin with a mandoline
Apple cider
Cinnamon, to taste
Soak apple slices in a bowl of apple cider. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dehydrate in a dehydrator on high for 6-8 hours, or bake on parchment-paper-lined baking sheets at 200 in the oven for 4-5 hours.
